Complete End-To-End System

Using eFleet is easy; users login securely from the Customer Login on this web site, or link their own web site to the eFleet login page to access the software programs. Once the job is entered the data is automatically sent over the Internet and through, wireless networks to your vehicles. Drivers receive the jobs on their mobile data terminals (MDTs) and can communicate with the dispatcher via preprogrammed buttons on the device.

eFleet is a complete turn-key system consisting of eFleet software and in-vehicle MDTs combined with wireless data networks. The software is hosted on servers by DDS eFleet Services, so there is no need for users to own, operate, maintain, or upgrade any computer servers. eFleet’s dispatching, order taking, and tracking programs can be accessed securely from anywhere via an Internet browser, and it supports any number of logged-on users. Wireless data communications is managed by DDS eFleet Services and included in the monthly eFleet subscription.

Access to the software and the lease of the terminal is included in the monthly eFleet subscription fee, and there are two models of MDT to chose from:
